Myself Ritesh Prasad. I'm a second year student(Computer Science and Engineering) at National Institute of Technology, Jamshedpur, India.

I have done a Machine Learning course from coursera by Andrew Ng(Machine Learning by Andrew Ng course Certificate). I'm currently doing a specialisation course on Machine Learning from Coursera.

Projects:

I would like to work on the project to provide and implement Machine Learning functionsI'm deeply interested in Machine Learning. I want to make my career in the same. Your community and projects really excite me. I would be glad if I can be a part of your community.

Re: GSoC'17 Introduction

Dear Ritesh,

Thank you for your interest in the subject!
I think that the Machine Learning course from Andrew NG on coursera is a great starting point for this project!
Indeed introducing features in Scilab that would be directly linked to the online courses on Coursera would be a perfect first step in the subject for engineers learning Machine learning with Scilab.

--> Would you be interested in implementing all the algorithms from this MOOC?

Do you have ideas on what you would like to do in Machine learning in Scilab?

Yours
Yann @ Scilab
